Expert Tips for the Perfect Lebanese Beef Wrap

  • Use lean ground beef for a cleaner, less greasy wrap.
  • Don’t skip the sumac; it adds tangy depth that defines Lebanese cuisine.
  • Grill until the flatbread turns golden and crisp for the ideal texture.
  • Make extra yogurt sauce to serve as a dip for fries or vegetables.

Serving Ideas

Serve your Lebanese Beef Wraps with garlic fries, roasted potatoes, or a refreshing fattoush salad. A cool glass of mint lemonade pairs beautifully with the bold flavors.

These wraps also make great lunch prep. Store each component separately and assemble when ready to eat.
