A little help finding your next favourite recipe and making it your own.
Where can I find your recipes?
Visit the recipe collection to browse dishes and filter by category. Use the site search if you already have a recipe or ingredient in mind.
How do I print a recipe?
Open the recipe and choose Print Recipe in the recipe card. The print view shows the ingredients and method without the full blog post. You can print it or save it as a PDF using your browser.
Can I change an ingredient?
Check the substitution tips in the individual post first. Changes to ingredients, quantities or equipment can affect the texture and cooking time. If a substitution is not covered, leave a question on that recipe or contact me.
Are all the recipes suitable for my diet?
The collection includes a variety of ingredients and dishes. Always check the complete ingredient list, product labels and any dietary notes before cooking. Please do not assume a recipe is free of an allergen unless you have checked every ingredient.
What if my oven or pan cooks differently?
Cooking times are guides. Use the visual and texture cues in the method alongside the stated time, and check that food is cooked safely before serving.
Can I share one of your recipes?
Of course—sharing a link to the original recipe is always appreciated. For permission to republish photos or substantial recipe text, please email contactaylinelma@gmail.com.
How can I contact Aylin or report a mistake?
Use the Contact page or email contactaylinelma@gmail.com. Include the recipe name or link and the detail you are asking about so it is easy to help.
