A little of my story

It started with a chocolate cake.

When I was eight, I woke up early to surprise my family with a chocolate cake. There was just one small problem: I didn’t know how to use the oven. My mum came to the rescue, and we finished it together.

That cake has stayed with me. I loved that something I had made could make the people around me happy. Cooking became a way to care for others, to be creative, and to bring everyone to the table.

French upbringing. Turkish roots. A curious kitchen.

I grew up in a small town in France with my three sisters. With Turkish culture at home and French life around me, food was part of how I connected with both. That mix still shapes my curiosity and the things I love to cook.

My other creative love is architecture. While studying, I began cooking more and sharing recipes online. I’ve since completed my architecture studies, and I continue to find joy in making things, whether that’s a recipe, a photograph, or a beautifully considered space.

Food to feel good about.

Here you’ll find plenty of fresh ingredients, generous flavour, and satisfying textures. I’m drawn to meals that feel nourishing and exciting, with room for cozy pasta, crispy bites, and a sweet treat along the way.
