Make the spicy sauce: Mix harissa, sriracha, and a little water until slightly runny.
Prepare the salad: Combine thinly sliced red onion with sumac and chopped parsley.
Assemble the wrap: Once grilled, open the spread the white sauce, drizzle the spicy sauce, olive oil, and the salad.Close the wrap and enjoy warm.
