- Step 1: Prepare the ChickenCut the chicken breasts into small, even cubes. Place in a bowl and add Skyr, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, pepper, parmesan, and dried parsley. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Step 2: MarinateLet the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight for more flavor).
- Step 3: Thread the SkewersThread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Step 4: Bake the SkewersPlace the skewers on a grill pan or a baking rack over a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 25 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.
- Step 5: Prepare the SauceIn a saucepan, melt the butter gently. Add garlic, chili flakes, fresh parsley, parmesan, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined and fragrant.
- Step 6: Coat the SkewersOnce the skewers are out of the oven, generously coat them with the garlic-parmesan butter sauce.
