- Step 1: Prepare the FillingCut the kunefe into small pieces. Cook with butter in a pan until golden brown. Transfer to a bowl and add pistachio cream and 1 tbsp tahini. Mix well.
- Step 2: Assemble the RollsCut the yufka sheet in half. Take one half, brush with melted butter, then place another sheet on top and brush again. Spread 2 tablespoons of the pistachio mixture evenly. Roll the sheet tightly into a log. Brush with more butter.
- Step 3: Bake the RollsBake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Step 4: Add the Finishing TouchesDrizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with pistachio powder. Let cool before serving.
